What scene from a movie, book, or play would you most want to recreate in real life? Who would you play? Who would you cast in the other roles?

I'd like to play the part of Sookie Stackhouse in the book Dead to the World. I'm quite happy with Alexander Skarsgard as Eric.

What (if any) books would you ban from a high school library? Are there certain subjects that you feel are inappropriate for teenagers regardless of literary merit?

If an online psychic warned you not to leave home, would you cancel plans to attend a party? Would you refuse to date someone with a clashing astrological sign? In short, do you believe?

View 1041 Answers

I do believe in mediums and psychics but if an online psychic told me to be careful I think I would probably ignore it. I would rather be face to face with a medium so I can judge for myslef it they are telling the truth.
As far as dating someone with a clashing astrological sign, well I think that is just rubbish. I'll date who I like no matter if their  a Leo, Virgo or whatever.

If someone discusses UFOs at a party, do you assume they're a visionary or bonkers? Do you consider yourself a believer or a skeptic?

I wouldn't mock someone's beliefs. Everyone is entitled to an opinion. I myself believe there is something out there. I don't believe we are alone in the universe.

If your friend or partner left his or her email open, would you look? How about a journal? Have you ever peeked at something private?

I would never invades someone else's privacy. I even go as far as turning my head away when someone texts in front of me. I'm a great believer in keeping things private.

On a scorching day, do you prefer the beach or an air-conditioned movie theater?

Definitely the beach! Sunny days are far and few between in Scotland. I don't want to be cooped up when the sun is shining.

Soggy Seat

Wont be getting the College bus again. A double decker arrived and it was jam packed full of kids. All the seats were taken on both decks. I got a seat on the top deck at the back. As I approached the seat the lassie sitting there had her feet on the isle seat. It was pouring with rain outside and she had her mucky trainers covering the seat. Ew! I had to sit down on that! I could feel the dampness through my trousers. The girl I was sitting next to proceeded to have a conversation over my head with her friends, who were sitting behind me. I noticed a couple of kids opposite making out on and off. Do not need to see that first thing in the morning! I heard someone behind me say "I wouldn't mind watching if they were pretty, but their not" I had to smile to myself when I heard that.

Was fed up at work today. I finished the boxes I reviewed yesterday and requested another two. The RMT have now have had their quota of boxes for this week. KC asked me if there was any more boxes to be reviewed, I still had a box to go through and there was no way I was giving it up without a fight. Liz over heard me speaking to KC and she has spoken to Amanda and Mary to organise some work for her. Its her last week with RMT and I couldn't care less if she is sitting doing nothing. I never wanted her here in the first place. The quicker she leaves the better.

Liz is insisting we do a collection as a thank you for KC. I recent having to put my hand in my pocket for her. She'll probably be back next year knowing my luck and to make it worse Liz has asked me to arrange the collection. I'll only buy what people have given me.

As I was going up to archive this morning I saw GR walking through the first floor door. He has taken to wearing a blue jacket with a hood. Looks very nerdy but in a cute way! I preferred the grey coat he wore last winter. He looked so professional in it.

Should some parts of celebrities' lives be off-limits to the public, or is giving up privacy a fair price for being famous?

View 513 Answers

I believe if a celebrity actively seeks out and courts the lime light then yes I consider them fair game. It is possible for famous people to live private lives, but most so called celebrities choose not to.
